As a mobile practice it is necessary for us to speak with you before being able to schedule a time to see one of our doctors. We wish to avoid charging owners unnecessarily for visits where we may be able to determine in advance if we are unable to treat your furry friends. For this reason we do not offer online booking for appointments. Please text or call the number below and our reception team will respond to you quickly to book your appointment.
If your animal is experiencing an emergency, call instead.
Text messages are not monitored outside of office hours but voicemails are.

Preventative Care and Annual Exams

As caring owners, you want the very best for your pet. That’s why we encourage you to schedule regular Pet Wellness Exams. By seeking to prevent problems before they arise, you’re ensuring your pet extended health and happiness. Whether they have the sniffles or it has just been too long since their last trip to the doc, this is the option for you.
Wellness exams are booked in advance. Please text or call and our reception team will respond during office hours to book your appointment.
Emergency Care Services
For Current Clients or Large Animals Emergency

Even when your pet is healthy, Emergency Care Services are an important part of keeping them in the best possible condition. Contact us to learn more about our services and how you can contribute to your animal’s optimal health. For large animals and ruminants we are available for emergency care to all.
For small animal emergencies, service is available only to current clients. We do not monitor text messages outside of office hours, but voicemails are. Call right away in case of emergency.

Cattle, sheep, goats, and anything else you
have! Our veterinarians are happy to provide care on farm to large animal patients.
We can help to manage reproductive care for cattle - from syncing to AI to managing birth via manual assistance or C-section. We can manage vaccines and deworming, hoof health, and surgical care.
Routine care helps prevent those emergencies, but when they happen, we can help with that too!
Equine Medicine
Keeping your horse healthy and happy
Your horse is your companion and your teammate - we want to help you keep them sound and healthy!
We love to care for horses in all life stages. Annual vaccines and dental care, deworming and parasite management are in our wheelhouse. We also love to treat older horses, helping them to stay mobile and sound as they age.
We also treat urgent or emergent situations - a laceration, acute lameness or colic can be very scary, but we are here to help!

Lab Tests
Sometimes problems aren't able to be diagnosed on examination alone. In that case, MVS has plenty of options to get to the bottom of the problem.
We have capabilities for:
- Next day coggins testing
- Routine bloodwork for all species
- On-farm blood sugar, hematocrit, lactate measurement
- SAA measurement for horses
- Urinalysis and culture
- Mobile radiographs with radiologist consultation of x-rays
- On-site ultrasound
- Blood pressure monitoring and ECG measuring
- Biopsy and histopathology
